You’ll also have the benefit of our considerable experience to help you with the design, maximising use of natural light, selecting the right materials and taking into account other considerations such as structural design, ground levels, boundaries, rights of light, trees and so on…

We provide a professional and fully managed service, from concept to completion, with best practice employed at all times. Because we have a range of core skills in-house, including building works, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, you will have a single point of contact throughout, and can relax, knowing that all the details will be taken care of.
Fixed Price Contracts (not estimates).
A common fear when considering a building and extension project is that costs will escalate and works will overrun. Not with TCI. We provide quotations, not estimates. We work to a fixed price contract, and have built our business on our ability to deliver on time.
