Commercial Property – Renovation in Clacton

We took on the challenge of breathing new life into a commercial building situated along Pier Avenue, Clacton.

This old, once derelict shop caught the attention of G. M. Graham Pharmacies, who entrusted us with the task of renovating the space.

Our mission was to convert it into a pristine, modern establishment—a welcoming and functional environment for the community. The result is a transformed space ready to serve as the new pharmacy, contributing to the regeneration of the town.
